Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using either website operated by Asha Creative Co. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from either site, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

🔐 1. Access & User Accounts

▪️To access member content on https://amtvclub.com, you must purchase a pass through https://club.ashamediatv.com.

▪️Each membership includes one login account per individual. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access without refund.

▪️You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your login.

💳 2. Payments & Refunds

▪️All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. We do not support PayPal or other gateways.

▪️All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase for standard reasons (read the Refund Policy for more details).

▪️Your payment grants one-time lifetime access to the selected club content. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.

📦 3. Intellectual Property & Licensing

▪️All club materials, videos, commentary, bonus content (digital or otherwise) are owned exclusively by Asha Creative Co.

▪️You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, screenshot, upload, mirror, modify, or share any part of the content outside the member portal.

▪️No fair use exceptions apply. Content is for personal viewing only and may not be cited, summarized, or reshared publicly under any circumstance.

📵 4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

❌ Harass, bully, or threaten other users or staff

❌ Post spam, hate speech, extremist content, or divisive identity politics

❌ Scrape or extract data from the website or videos

❌ Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform

❌ Use or promote third-party plugins, bots, or unauthorized access tools

Engagement in any of the above will result in immediate removal or permanent access ban.

All users are expected to follow our separate Acceptable Use & Content Moderation Policy. Violations may lead to account suspension without refund.

💻 5. Platform Use & Downtime

▪️amtvclub.com is powered by FreedomKit.ai and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

▪️We do not allow the use of third-party plugins. Stripe is the only integration connected.

▪️We are not liable for downtime, broken features, tech issues, or interruptions in access due to server errors or external service disruptions.

⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability

Use of the platform is at your own risk. While we aim to provide a stable and satisfying experience, Asha Creative Co. is not responsible for:

▪️Emotional distress caused by bingeing club content

▪️Lost time, lost sleep, or intense parasocial spirals

▪️Missed deadlines, abandoned hobbies, or neglected houseplants

We are also not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use or inability to access the site.

We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and respectfully.

Before pursuing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt a resolution in good faith.

If no resolution is achieved via email, further legal steps will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
