This policy applies to all member-submitted content within the Asha Media TV Club platform, including comments on individual video. By participating in the community, you agree to uphold the following expectations for respectful engagement and appropriate conduct.

🧾 What You Can Post

The comment section on each video is open for member participation. At this time, only text-based comments are supported. No images, files, or video uploads are permitted.

You're encouraged to:

▪️React honestly to the content

▪️Share lighthearted commentary, fandom jokes, or pop culture references

▪️Contribute in a way that adds to the fun and casual nature of the space

Please keep your comments relevant to the video content or discussion at hand.

🚫 What You Can’t Post

The following are strictly prohibited and will be removed without notice:

▪️Hate speech or harassment targeting individuals or groups

▪️Identity politics

▪️Socio-political extremism (examples: Anti-Liberalism, Anti-Conservatism, Anti-Trudeau and/or Anti-Trump sentiments)

▪️Defamatory, threatening, or obscene language
▪️False impersonation of any real or fictional person

▪️Repetitive spam, copy-paste comments, or comment flooding
▪️Links to external products, services, or unverified third-party content

▪️Infringements of intellectual property rights or personal privacy

▪️Commenting in a deliberately off-topic, inflammatory, or baiting manner

The following types of discussions are discouraged (but not automatically removed):

▪️Real-world religious or trending politics

▪️Mental health or trauma discussion (unless prompted in the content itself)

📢 Self-Promotion & Link Sharing

While I love a thriving fan community, link-dropping is not allowed. That includes links to:

▪️Personal websites

▪️Social media accounts

▪️Podcasts, YouTube channels, or online stores

▪️Any external service or product

Feel free to share what you're working on in conversation, but keep the links off the platform.

🛡 Respecting Member Privacy

What happens in the Club stays in the Club.

Please do not share, screenshot, quote, or repost another member’s comment or reaction outside of the platform. Treat all community dialogue as private, even if it's public within the reaction video thread.

🧵 Moderation Process

All content is reviewed by me (Asha) personally. I aim to moderate comments within 24 hours of submission. Comments that violate the above policy may be edited or removed at my discretion.

I reserve the right to:

▪️Remove or hide content at any time

▪️Decline to post a comment for any reason

▪️Issue a warning to any member in violation

▪️Ban or mute accounts temporarily or permanently if violations persist

I generally offer a warning before any account restrictions are placed — but in cases of clear or repeated violations, immediate action may be taken.
