Asha Creative Co. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our websites and services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid copyright infringement claims and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to infringing content.

📩 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA takedown request to our designated agent.

Your written notice must include the following:

🔁 Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe the takedown was incorrect or a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:

1️⃣ Your full legal name

2️⃣ Your signature (typed name is sufficient)

3️⃣ Identification of the content and its original URL before removal

4️⃣ A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification

5️⃣ A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., consenting to jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada)

6️⃣ Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email

Send counter-notices to the same contact address above.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may reinstate the content after 10 business days, unless the original claimant notifies us of legal action.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward willful copyright infringement.

Members who repeatedly post unauthorized copyrighted material — including within comments or submissions — may have their access restricted or permanently revoked, without refund. This includes but is not limited to:

▪️Sharing third-party downloads

▪️Uploading or referencing bootleg content
