Refund Policy

Applies to: All digital products, memberships, and one-time purchases made through club.ashamediatv.com or related platforms under Asha Creative Co.


💾 Digital Products & Club Access

All products offered by Asha Creative Co. are digital in nature and include:

▪️One-time paid access to specific commentary series

▪️The All Access Club Pass

▪️Downloadable guides, resources, or educational content

Because of the instant-access format, all digital product sales are final.


🔁 Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

▪️Duplicate purchases made under the same email or billing method

▪️Accidental purchases, if reported within 24 hours of the original transaction

Refund requests made after the 24-hour window will not be considered.


⚙️ Technical Issues

If you’re unable to access your purchased content due to a technical issue, we’ll do everything we can to help. This includes:

▪️Email-based troubleshooting

▪️Re-sending login credentials

▪️Providing alternative access or formats where applicable

We do not issue refunds for technical issues that can be resolved.


✉️ How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (for qualifying reasons), email:

Please include:

▪️A brief explanation of the issue

▪️If applicable, proof of duplicate billing or error

If your payment cannot be found in our Stripe records, you may be asked for a receipt or transaction ID.


Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 1 business day of confirmation. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.


🛑 What’s Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be granted for:

▪️Buyer’s remorse or “I changed my mind”

▪️Claims of not reading the product or course description

▪️Disliking the tone, content, or commentary style

▪️Being personally offended by Asha’s spontaneous reaction to a fictional character

▪️Expecting to receive the actual TV show content instead of reaction/commentary

We stand by the integrity and creativity of the content offered at Asha Media TV Club. Refunds are reserved for genuine billing issues — not disagreements over humor, delivery, or unexpected emotional spirals caused by fictional deaths.
